This is what happens James isn’t home for the night. Daisy ends up snuggling in bed with me.
And we send this picture to James to know he was missed.

These are not your mother’s cloth diapers!
James and I are spending a lot of time researching cloth diapering options for the future and one company we have found that we really like is FuzziBunz. Also, one of my favorite blogs, Pacing the Panic Room, is helping FuzziBunz give away cloth diapers to one lucky family and I’m hoping we are going to be that family.
From their website:
The FuzziBunz® One-Size Diapers are the most adjustable and innovative one-size cloth diapers on the market today! Adjust the diapers to fit babies 7-35 pounds and get a snug fit every time with the button-adjusted waist and leg casings. The leg casings adjust to 8+ settings and the waist adjusts to 4+ settings. Never before has a pocket-style cloth diaper been SO adjustable!
And the great thing about FuzziBunz® is that they always use sturdy snap closures which will withstand 3+ years of use and elastic that is easily replaceable if it ever fails making it a long standing and dependable diapering system for years to come.
Choose from eight fun colors!
Introductory Pricing 18.95.

For those who don’t already know, this is why we haven’t been around much the last few weeks. This is our 12 week ultrasound of our little baby-to-be! I’m due some time in March and we are planning a natural homebirth with an amazing midwife here in Baltimore.
As you can imagine, we are so excited by our little buddy! We aren’t going to find out if we’re getting a little boy or a little girl- so in the meantime please forgive the artibrary selection of ‘him’ or ‘her’ when we talk about him.
We are working on some good names, but for now we’re calling him Bonobo*.
The other reason we haven’t been around much this summer is all the trips we’ve been taking. Since conception he’s been a traveling fool- he’s been to Colorado Spring, Michigan, New York City, South Carolina. I post the rest of those trip photos eventually.
It is starting to get a bit cool here in the evenings and fall has started, so before long we’ll have a fire in the fireplace and I’ll have plenty of time to catch up on this blog.
*This is a bonobo:
